What's important at Tenmax?  We're certain that the key to being a great company is to focus on the needs of our customers and clients.  We are always available to chat about our software, our tools, and your needs.  Too many software companies sell their wares "as is" and provide little or no support.  We are here to answer your calls, your emails, and your questions.  We support our software.

Our Refund Policy You may return software within 30 days of the date of purchase for any reason, and receive a full refund.  We want you to be happy with your software; if for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return it for a full refund, less any shipping costs. Our Update Policy We want you to continue to be happy with our work, and that means continued development and support.  All updates -- new versions of the same program -- for any software product under $500 list price is free. (For more expensive products, such as Teleport Exec, updates are contingent upon a paid-up support agreement, which is 15% of the purchase price, per license, annually.)  If you have supplied us with an email address, we will send you a notification when we release a major new version of any software you have purchased.  For minor updates, we ask that you check our website periodically for the latest version.  For our shareware programs, such as Teleport Pro, you can just download the new version and install it over the old one.  For non-shareware programs, such as Teleport Ultra, you can use the download instructions provided when you purchased the software, or simply send us an email at support@tenmax.com and request that we send it to you. Our Upgrade Policy Licenses for some of our programs, such as the Teleport webspiders, can be upgraded to licenses for the larger, more capable programs at the difference in cost, if the upgrade is requested within 6 months of the original purchase.  Licensed users of Teleport Pro are also offered a $30 discount on the purchase of a new license for Teleport Ultra.  Our Privacy Policy Any and all information you provide us -- names, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, mailing addresses -- are kept completely confidential.  We do not and will not share, sell, rent, or give this information to any third party.
